Olivia is enjoying her swimming lessons a little more. Well, maybe "enjoy" isn't the right word, but she is doing better and crying less.
Here is a little video...
When Olivia is floating on her back she often arches her back or tries to flip over (as most little kids do). Pam just waits for her to realize what isn't working... in other words, she's trying to teach her that if she relaxes and floats on her back she'll be able to breathe but if she panics and thrashes she can't. Obviously that's an important skill for a toddler. She's almost 18 months in this video.
It really is pretty amazing.

Wow she is doing so good!!!
That really is amazing! She seems like a great teacher. This has motivated me to look into lessons for Julia. She has no fear of water either which freaks me out!
Wow, that is amazing! How cool that she still had her flipper and visor, and that you even remember that! I'll have to get her number from you when Keizya gets a little older, I think she would hate me if I did that to her right now. Oh, and I'm trying out this savvy shopper thing cuz I'm so dang sick of spending so much money on groceries...I might come visit you to visit and chat about groceries...is that dull? I haven't seen you for a quite a while either and Olivia is too dang cute!
Where is she taking lessons at?
