Tyler's 29th Birthday...

This year's birthday celebration was an improvement on last year. For starters, no one had the flu. Tyler was actually able to enjoy his birthday breakfast and dinner. I'm always on the look out for the perfect versions of our favorite foods and I must say, I think I found it. The French toast was much better than last year's so-so recipe. In fact, this one was so good I think my quest for the perfect French toast is over. Oh, and the homemade Coconut Syrup only made it better. Tyler loved it and was so appreciative which always makes it worth it.

We decided to take advantage of only needing to burden a baby sitter with one child and we went out for dinner. Dinner was delicious and we ate too much.

When we picked Olivia up from my mom's house she didn't want to leave. I'm sure she loves my parents and Maddie, but she really loves their dogs! She plays with them for hours. She plays fetch with them and she wants them to jump on the trampoline with her (she'll zip them into the net so they can't get out and she gets mad if they try to sit down). But her new favorite things is to put them in Maddie's old baby doll stroller and push them around the house like little babies. Believe it or not, the dogs actually like it. Olivia is always sad to leave those dogs. I will post some pictures sometime because watching her play with them is quite entertaining.

I'll add some birthday pictures soon (I don't have my camera right now!).

That is funny about Olivia and the dogs. I'm glad they love her back. Ellie just makes Bandit (my Mom and Dad's dog) nervous.

And Happy Birthday Tyler!! I'm glad you were able to keep breakfast down this year!!

Hey Meagan...
Jacque Sheen (Crouch) is coming to visit next week and we thought it would be fun to get a bunch of us together and go to lunch or dinner either Wednesday or Friday. If you are interested in coming, have a preference on which day we did it, or would rather lunch or dinner please let me know! I am up for any suggestions:^) Also, not everyone is a facebooker/blogger but honestly it would be fun to have ANYONE interested come so please feel free to invite anyone.

Hope to hear from you:^)
