So, I've been tagged. Let's see if I can think of 7 things that I haven't mentioned previously.
1. I can fold my tongue in half. I don't mean vertically like a hot dog bun (although I can do that, too) but horizontally. I can fold it flat and keep it like that for quite a while. Weird, I know.
2. I put eggs in my ramen noodles. My dad did it while on his mission in Japan and now we (his kiddos) like it that way too.
3. I have a hard time making easy/insignificant decisions, such as: what meal to order, which curtains to buy, which shirt looks best, which gift to buy, etc. That's when I usually want my mom or sisters' opinions. If they're not available, Tyler's will do.
4. I watch too much TV.
5. Fall (and through Christmas) is my favorite time of the year. I love fall clothing, fall foods, fall activities, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas!
6. I dread January through March. UGH.
7. I am glad I have a "normal" name, and I mean both first and last. Do people realize it when they have a bad name? I'm not just talking different, but some are ugly (especially last names, which is sad since you have no control over it). Do you think they know? I'm lame for even thinking about that, but hey... the tag said "random things."
I tag anyone who wants to do this!

OH MY GOSH! I have found my twin! I have never met anyone besides myself, my mom and my sister that can fold their tongue in half that way! I swear it's something genetic. I always used it as my "stupid human trick" in High School and such. Always freaked people out!
I knew there was a reason I liked you.
I would be one of those people with ugly last names. First I was a Van Leeuwen, which looks really ugly, but I think sounds pretty (Van Loo-in) then I went to EGBERT which is the UGLIEST name on the planet. And Bryce knows I hate it. I tried to convince him to switch to Van Egbert, but that didn't fly. :(
That is kind of weird about the whole egg thing, never heard of it but glad that I know it now! :) I can fold my tounge vertical 3 times...does that make me as cool as you???
Meg! You introduced me to egg in ramen noodle soup in junior high and thats STILL how I eat it!
tell yr dad thanks for the tip
(it tastes so much better. And its hard to improve on ramen, but there you go).
I think eggs sound good in it. I will have to try that. That is also my favorite time of year. But for the time you mentioned you don't like...yeah it drags...but that is when I get stuff done like scrapbooking and stuff. Try it this year.
Meagan! I love your blog. Devin forwarded me the address. Your baby is the cutest thing ever! I just recently started a blog. Here it is: stewartandjessica.blogspot.com
hey, that is so funny about the eggs in ramen noodles...I grew up eating that too because my dad also served and japan! What years did your dad serve? I wonder if they served there at the same time??? Funny! And that is a neat idea about the flat rate box, i am going to try and do it, getting to the post office is my challenge, where we are out of town. Very good idea!
Thats awesome you saw my husband at Applebees! That was him for sure. LOL! Not many steris guys walking around. I'm surprised you recognized him! You are good. I have such a hard time recognizing people from the internet.
Thats so cool! We should try to get together for a playdate sometime since you live pretty close.
