History Tag

20 years ago I:
1) I was finishing kindergarten!
2) Played "pioneers" by dressing up in the neighbor's costumes and pulling a wagon around the block.
3) Wore my dad's shirts to bed, like nightgowns.

10 years ago I:
1) Practicing with the drill team for "Parent's Night."
2) Dating Chad, my high school BF (dating him for like 6 years, if you include his mission).
3) Waiting to get my driver's license.

5 years ago I:
1) Living with my room mates. Soon moving home to save money 'cause I figured I was getting married, even though nothing was official, yet... I "knew."
2) Working at UVRMC as a buyer for surgical services.
3) Dating Tyler.

3 years ago I:
1) Still working at UVRMC as the buyer for surgical services
2) Just moved into our home.
3) More working. I swear that is all I did.

1 year ago I:
1) was about 7 weeks pregnant, but still hadn't told anyone. Didn't tell anyone (except Wendi) until I was almost 15 weeks.
2) Was communiting 112 miles, round trip to SLC... working as Sr. Buyer for Surgical Services & Endoscopy. Loving my job.
3) Redecorating my bedroom, Tyler repainted the entire room and bathroom... ceilings and moldings, too (3 tone). He surprised me one night after I found out I was pregnant. Painting was on my list of things to do, but that was postponed with the news. I fell asleep on the couch one night and woke up to a living room full of bedroom furniture. He moved everything out by himself, and I slept through it all. Then, he painted the room over the next few days. He is SO good to me.

So far this year I:
1) Quit my job to stay at home with Olivia.
2) Have taken almost 2,000 pictures of Olivia. Now I just need to print them.
3) Chopped off my hair (just below my chin).

Yesterday I:
1) Baby sat my nephew, Parker.
2) Went to lunch with Tyler, my mom, and Julie at Pizza Factory.
3) Slacked off on my cleaning... bathrooms didn't get done. I was too busy making Cherry Bread with Parker.

Today I:
1) Cleaned my bedroom... and Olivia's too. Windows, moldings, walls, everything except my closet.
2) Packed up the clothing Olivia has outgrown and other "newborn baby" stuff and boxed it up to go into storage. Hey, that stuff is expensive and I'll reuse whatever I can!
3) Need to do laundry.

Tomorrow I:
1) Need to pack for St. George (hence the reason for needing to do laundry, today).
2) Need to make a run to DI so I can get rid of all the stuff in my trunk (so we can fit luggage in there).
3) Will have another bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast, since we have nothing else, and I refuse to go grocery shopping until we get back fro vacation.

In the next year I:
1) Hopefully lose the last 10lbs from pregnancy
2) Will be the mother of a one-year old! WOW! Weird.
3) Start looking for a house with a nice big yard, big kitchen, and big master bath.
