Too Tired To Clean Up...

If I cook dinner, Tyler cleans up. That's just the way it is around here. Luckily, Tyler is always such a good sport about it. A few nights ago Olivia wanted some extra attention from him (yes, she is already a daddy's girl) but he was trying to clean up. So, he strapped her into the carrier and lugged her around. She seemed to enjoy being her dad's sidekick. In fact, after a few minutes she fell asleep.
She hadn't slept well during her afternoon nap, so she was really tired. But, I was afraid of letting her go to bed too early for fear of her waking up at 4:00am and being ready to start her day. UGH. So, Tyler took her out of the carrier hoping it would wake her up. Well, it did wake her up, but after about 10 minutes she was falling asleep in his arms. It was so funny. She would be talking to him and smiling at him, and then her tired eyes would slowly close and as she conked out on his shoulder. After she did this three or four times, we finally decided that she was too tired to keep awake.

Here she is, slowly closing her eyes, about to fall asleep. It was so cute.

A second later, here she is, asleep on his shoulder. How sweet is that?
