I love Tyler's mom. Every year she opens up her kitchen for canning. She's done it so many times that she has the assembly line down to perfection.
We spent Monday morning canning peaches. We did 91 bottles and only stopped because we ran out of bottles! I love bottled peaches. When I was pregnant I ate about one bottle per day because that was all that sounded good during my 3rd trimester. We ate some for dinner last night, and then I had them again for breakfast today (don't worry, I'm not pregnant).
She's got 9 more bushels to do next week (we only did 3 1/2 on Monday)!

I just got done doing peaches too!! We did bottle peaches and jam! I was sure sick of it by the time we were done and my finger nails we all stained! I looked like a smoker!! They sure are yummy though!!

Canning is so rewarding! We are doing peaches this week, and I am actually looking forward to it... I can't believe that!
