About Us...

Okay, here it goes... (and if you read this you are obligated to accept the tag and post this on your blog, too).

His Name: Tyler

How long have you been married? 4 1/2 years

How long did you date? 8 months dating, but engaged for 2 1/2 of them

How old is he? 27

Who eats more? Tyler, definitely. And he'll eat just about anything, too. It's SO easy to cook for him.

Who is taller? Are you kidding? Tyler, of course. I'm a shorty.

Who sings the best? Hmmm... I'd say it's about even. Neither of us sings very well, although Tyler couldn't care less. It doesn't stop him from belting out a song!

Who is smarter? Me... that is why I am always right.

Who has the worse temper? I wouldn't call it a temper, but I am a little bit of a control freak and tend to like things my way. If you know Tyler, you know that he is so easy going and patient (most of the time).

Who does the laundry? Tyler did most of it for the first 4 years of our marriage. He's great with the laundry, thanks to his mother. I try to do it now, but he isn't opposed to helping.

Who does the dishes? Tyler does most of the time. We also have the rule, "I cook, you clean."

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I used to, but now Tyler does. When I was pregnant I made him switch me sides since his side was closer to the bathroom! Ha ha!

Who pays the bills? Tyler, of course. When he first met me he was appalled that I didn't balance my check book. He started doing it for me once we got engaged. He's a little freakish about it, to tell you the truth. It's the accountant in him, I guess.

Who mows the lawn? The HOA. If we had our own lawn it would be Tyler, though. He loves that stuff.

Who cooks dinner? I cook the "big" meals, but Tyler does cook a mean grilled cheese. Oh, and he's great at frozen burritos, too.

Who drives when you are together? Tyler does, although sometimes he probably wishes I would 'cause I tend to be a back seat driver! Sometimes he is so laid back that it drives me crazy... "Um, can you go around this guy? He's super slow."

Who is more stubborn? Me, me, me, me and me. Definitely. It's not my best quality, but hey, it's not always a bad thing.

Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? It's hard to admit your wrong if you are always right! Okay, only joking. But I'd say Tyler. Sometimes my stubbornness won't let me admit it.

Whose parents do you see the most? Mine. Tyler works with my mom & dad and I live next door to my sister.

Who proposed? Tyler, but it took him forever. I think he finally jumped on it 'cause he knew "my missionary" was coming home soon.

Who has more friends? I have lots of people that I consider my friends, but I rarely do anything with them. I look for low maintenance friends... ya know, if you see each other every six months that is okay, and you carry on as if you see each other daily. Tyler is sort of the same way, but he does things with his friends more often.

Who has more siblings? I have 4, Tyler has 5.

Who wears the pants? That's easy... ME!
