Getting Ready For Easter...

We spent Saturday evening getting ready for Easter! We decorated sugar cookies, but this year we decided to go for easy frosting; last year we went all fancy with the smooth, shiny icing in multiple colors. They turned out really cute, but it took so much time and made the kitchen a disaster, not to mention how sore our hands were from squeezing the pastry bags, that we just went for a traditional icing that could easily be spread on with a butter knife! They still turned out really cute, but more importantly, they tasted delicious.

Tyler's family has a tradition of rolling eggs down the hill, usually at Peteetneet in Payson. My family was a little skeptical, after all, it does sound pretty lame at first. But, Tyler convinced my family that we should do it this year. So, we bought 3 dozen eggs and also colored those on Saturday night. We haven't colored eggs as a family for a really long time, and we had so much fun!

I know this is a major picture overload, but I couldn't narrow it down.

I'm LOVING your hair cut. You look so cute with short hair not that I'm saying you don't with long, but you've got the perfect face for short hair. It's super cute!

Meagan that looks like so much fun! We had dinner and that was it. I bought myself a dozen eggs just so I could boil them to make egg salad.

I totally agree with Darise on the hair, it is a super cute cut.
