Jaden & Parker...
Jaden & Parker stayed at our house this weekend, and we had so much fun with them. They are such good kids... they're very well behaved, polite, and so much fun to hang out with. On Friday night we ordered pizza and watched "Super Ted, " which was one of Tyler's favorite shows when he was little. We played computer games, Mexican Train with dominoes, and colored pictures.
Tyler rolled Jaden up in the sleeping bag...
Parker wanted some cantaloupe, so I asked him to help me cut it. I sliced it into big wedges and then let him do the rest (with a butter knife, of course). Out of the blue he said, "I'm like Ratatouille!" From then on he called himself "Chef Ratatouille." He really did a great job, slicing the cantaloupe and then using his knife to push it to the side of the cutting board. He was having so much fun. Then, Jaden joined us. After they cut two whole cantaloupes they wanted to do more, so they sliced strawberries and some kiwis, too.
Today was nice and windy, perfect for flying a kite. So, we bought a couple of kites and headed to the park. It was a little cold, but they still had a lot of fun.
For dinner we went to Los Hermanos (see Jaden proudly displaying his apple beer bottle). I even payed Jaden $1 to try guacamole, and much to his surprise, he actually liked it! Way to go, Jaden!

Hey, you never paid me a buck to try Guac!!! Speaking of Los...we have got to go one of these weekends. I haven't been in forever and the Taquito is calling my name.
You and Tyler are so cute with your nephews. I imagine they freak out with excitement everytime they see you two.
How fun. Are the boys your nephews,or Tyler's brothers? They are adorable.
