Although it ended up being more of an egg throw than an egg roll, we had a lot of fun. The weather was beautiful, a welcome change. (Yes, I made it out of the house with my apron on... good thing it's cute!) Even my mom got in on the action! GO MOM!
I was in charge of potatoes, so I took them to my mom's house to wash and bake them (easier than transporting hot potatoes). Since I was wearing a white shirt I put on an apron--didn't want dirty potato water to get all over my clean shirt! Well, we ran out of the house in a hurry because we had to go roll eggs and get back before all the guests arrived. Well, I didn't realize I still had the apron on until we were almost done rolling eggs.
Hey Meagan, it's Lindsay (Barney). So glad I found your blog. Olivia is such a beautiful little girl--and I love her name! We are having the hardest time coming up with a girls name for our second daughter that is due in July. Anyway, we also have a blog-- http://schoenfelds.blogspot.com If you get a chance, tell Wendi I want an invite to her blog! It was so good to see some pictures of your cute family! Take care!
Meag, I love love love your hair! Very cute on you! I am glad you guys had so much fun! When I saw peteetneet, i was like oh... do you know I went to kindergarten there? And then the very next year, they closed the school. I think the egg rolling looks way fun, and I love all the pictures.
Cute blog, Meagan! I saw those pictures before I read the post below it and immediately recognized Peteetneet school...too funny. I think my favorite picture in this batch of posts is the one of Olivia sucking her lip in the high chair. She's super duper cute : ).
First off looks like you had a fun Easter and your hair is so cute! You can pull off both short and long....no fair. As for Julia's weight, lets just say I am glad you had a c-section! Olivia is so cute and I wish Julia was as chunky but we are working on it. Alligator story: Travis had been to Rodizio Grill for work. We were driving in the car and he told me they served alligator. I was appalled and asked him if he tried it. This is how he answered: "Are you kidding? You know I don't eat anything that lives in the Ocean!" I just stared him and after a few minuets I said "PLEASE tell me you are joking!" Nope he wasn't! I guess we all have our moments!
Meagan!!! It's so nice to hear from you. How are you and your cute family doing? Jay and I are living in Alabama and will be here for about 2 years. Jay is going through flight school with the military. I am still working on knocking some teeth out so I fit in better. :) Let me know how you are. you look great!
I love aprons, so for anyone that is interested, check out my link, "Tie One On." Also, check out www.etsy.com and search for aprons. There are other really cute websites, but I have found these have the best prices.
If you live around here, Evans sells them, too (the old Carver's building on State Street.) Artichoke & Co sells them, they're in Sugarhouse.
I've seen some at the Quilted Bear, but they're not as cute.
Chartreuse, in St. George, sells some really cute ones, too.
I love the easter pictures. It looks like you guys had a lot of fun. I have not colored eggs in forever. What a small world it really is. I cheered and lived with Andrea when we were down at Dixie college. I didn't even know she was married so I have no idea who he is!!

Hi Meagan,
Cute family! It looks like you guys had a great Easter. Where were you rolling eggs at? Anyway, let's get in touch soon and we'll do lunch.

Meg yr apron is darling. Where can I get one? Seriously. I have this habit of wiping everything on my jeans while I cook.
Cute Easter pics.
