I Love Sleep...

The 2nd night of letting Olivia cry-it-out wasn't quite as successful as the first, maybe because she never cried? She fell asleep while I was feeding her, quite a bit earlier than usual, and slept until about 2:00am. After 45 minutes of crying, I broke down and went in to give her a binky. Then, she woke up at 6:00am wide awake and ready to eat. BOO.

But, last night was better, much better! Tyler put her to bed, she didn't even make a peep. She woke up at 11:30 but we let her cry for 12 minutes, and then she was fast asleep again! And, she slept soundly until 7:00am. I think this is the first time since she's been born that I have gotten over 7 hours of continuous sleep twice in one week (although she slept well for a while, I usually went to bed a few hours after she did so I missed getting the 8 hours of sleep).

She's much happier today, too... probably because of the good night's sleep! I hope it keeps going this well!
