Favorite Food Blog...

I've been trying to make dinner a little more frequently than once a week. I know, even Tyler is impressed. The problem is that I get bored easily. Tacos? Boring. Spaghetti? Had it a million times. So unless it is something really tasty, I'm usually not very interested in making it. In an attempt to find "fun" recipes, my cupboard is full of recipe books. Sure, I use them periodically, but not enough to justify buying them, that's for sure.

A few months ago I found this food blog. I've mentioned it before, but you see, if I mention it again I get my name entered in a drawing. But seriously, it is my new favorite place for recipes. And my favorite part is that the foods are not weird. But they're not boring, either. They take everyday foods and spice 'em up, or put a new twist on them. My favorite part is that most of their stuff is made from scratch, but the recipes aren't difficult or overly time consuming. I made these delicious fajitas and they were so yummy. Their French Dip Sandwich is Tyler's absolute favorite. I usually don't even like French Dip anything and it is one of my favorite sandwiches. Don't tell Tyler that it is super easy because I get major brownie points every time I make it for him-- he thinks I slave away for hours!! And my new favorite is their BBQ Pizza! For all of you grillers, it's cooked on the BBQ so it has a really good flavor.

Thanks to the girls over at Our Best Bites I am actually a little motivated to cook. So, go visit their food blog and even try a recipe or two. You won't be disappointed!

P.S. I've also made their Brazilian Lemonade, and yes, it is just like Tacanos'. Make sure you double the recipe or everyone will be disappointed. I've also made their Taco Chicken, Chipotle Chicken Taco Salad, Breadsticks, Cheesecake Tarts, and more. It is all so good.
